What you're buying
Solo & Starving? sells two digital products. Both are delivered as instant downloads through Gumroad, straight to the email you used at checkout. There is no physical item.
The Solo Starter Bundle: a 97-page interactive PDF cookbook with 88 recipes across 6 cuisines, plus two free bonuses: the Solo Meal Planner & Grocery Kit (4 pages) and the 4 Week Dinner Plans, a set weekly rotation you can browse anytime, with a shopping list for each week.
The Custom Plan: everything in the Starter Bundle as your foundation, plus a personal meal plan hand-built around the cuisines, allergies, budget and any special request you give us at checkout. It's ready in 2 to 3 days and can include a personal message page or a name written right into it.
Refunds
All sales of digital products are final. Once delivered, files can't be returned, so refunds aren't offered. If you have a technical problem or a concern about your purchase, contact us at yndigitalbusiness@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU: digital content purchases normally come with a 14-day right to cancel. By completing checkout for instant download, you're asking us to begin delivering your purchase immediately and confirming that you understand you lose that 14-day cancellation right once download starts, as permitted under UK and EU consumer law for digital content delivered on demand. Nothing here limits any other right you have under consumer protection law where you live.
If something's wrong with your file
If your file is corrupted, missing, or won't open in a supported PDF app, contact us at yndigitalbusiness@gmail.com and we'll fix it or make it right. Please tell us which device and PDF app you're using so we can help quickly.

Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the cookbook for yourself and your household. You may not share, resell, upload, or otherwise distribute the file or its contents, in whole or in part, and you may not remove copyright notices. All content is © Y&N Digital.
Recipes and nutrition information
Calories, protein, cost and time figures are approximate and will vary with ingredients, brands, portion sizes and local prices. They are not medical or dietary advice. Check ingredients for allergens, follow safe food-handling practices, and cook meat and eggs thoroughly. If you have a medical or dietary condition, talk to a qualified professional.
Payments
Payments are processed by Gumroad. We don't see or store your card details. Gumroad's own terms apply to your transaction.
Liability
The cookbook and any Custom Plan are provided as general cooking and meal-planning information, "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Y&N Digital isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product. This doesn't exclude or limit liability that can't be excluded under the law that applies to you, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
