Questions before you buy
I've genuinely never cooked. Will I manage?
Yes. The book opens with a Start Here page for total beginners: heat levels, how to cook rice and pasta, and exactly when chicken is done. Every step is written like it's your first time, and most recipes use one pan.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader or your phone's built in PDF or Files app to tap from the recipe index straight to any meal. Some in browser previews won't let you tap, so use an app.
How do the Starter Bundle and Custom Plan work?
The Starter Bundle gives you the full cookbook plus the 4 Week Dinner Plans bonus right away: a set weekly rotation you can browse anytime, with a shopping list for each week. The Custom Plan includes all of that, then you fill in a short form with preferences, allergies and any special request; a real person hand-builds the plan from there, ready in 2 to 3 days, and it can include a personal message page or a name written right into it. Gumroad delivers the finished file to the email you used at checkout.
What if it's not right for me?
We stand behind every file: if something's off, email yndigitalbusiness@gmail.com and a real person will make it right, whether that's help getting it working, a swap, or in some cases another product on us. Since digital files are yours to keep the moment you download them, that's how we handle it instead of refunds.
How many recipes are there, and what cuisines do they cover?
88 recipes across 6 cuisines, each tagged with cost, calories, protein, swaps and the tools you'll need. Every recipe is sorted into a lazy mode (Normal, Tired or Dead Tired) so you can filter by how much energy you actually have.
How is this different from free recipes online or asking ChatGPT?
Free recipes and AI chat answers are built for feeding a household, so you're stuck scaling down ingredients and guessing what to do with leftovers. Every recipe here is portioned for one from the start, tagged by energy level so you're not reading a wall of text when you're tired, and organized in one interactive PDF instead of ten different open tabs.
